I require a 50% deposit on all orders before painting. However, I'm happy to discuss payment plans based on your individual needs. Full payment must be complete before shipment.

Payment plans are not available for gift certificates. 

Creating a portrait is a collaborative process. Use the contact form under the "Contact" tab, or email me at contact@madebyhoneybee.com! You'll need to determine your desired canvas size, as well as background color and style. You will also need to select at least one clear reference image. See "Pricing" tab for details.

I send regular updates about your portrait throughout the creation process. If you're ever unhappy with how something looks, you are able to request corrections before the portrait is complete. 

Your 50% deposit is nonrefundable. However, if you aren't satisfied with the final product, you won't be expected to pay the remaining balance. Your painting will not be shipped and may be sold to another party.  

At this time, I only offer paintings of pets.

I offer bust portraits only. I currently do not offer extras (ie. angel wings, names, etc).

I can make slight alterations to images. For example, I can change the color of a collar, brighten the eyes, or remove blemishes. For additional details, please see "Pricing" and scroll to the "Extras" section.
